
Valentines Day Choc Nut Fudge

1-2 cups Tasti Macadamias
400g dark chocolate
400mL sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Roast macadamias on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 120°C for 30-40 minutes, or until just browned.
Stir dark chocolate and condensed milk in a glass bowl over a saucepan until smooth. Remove from heat and stir through vanilla extract and macadamias.
Pour contents into a 20cm square tin lined with tin foil and allow to cool and set (this can take several hours)
